Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the YONO App mobile game ("the app", "we", "us") uses, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
In short
- No account or sign-up is needed. We do not ask for your real name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers and do not receive it.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device information, such as the advertising ID, to show and measure ads.
- Coins in the app are virtual. They cannot be bought, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or prizes.
1. Information stored on your device
To save your game, the app keeps the following in its private storage on your device:
- the nickname you choose (or a random guest name) and your avatar choice;
- coins, level, best scores, daily bonus and daily task progress, and the colour theme you selected.
This information never leaves your device through the app, and we cannot see it. If Android Backup is turned on, Android may include it in your device backup to your Google account; that backup is managed by Google under your account settings.
You can delete this information at any time by uninstalling the app or by going to Settings › Apps › YONO App › Storage › Clear data.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google LLC. To serve ads, limit how often they appear, measure their performance and prevent fraud, Google may automatically collect and process:
- device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and, where available, Android ad services (Privacy Sandbox) identifiers;
- your IP address, from which an approximate location may be inferred;
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version;
- ad interactions, such as ad views and taps, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance logs of the ads SDK.
This data is sent to Google over an encrypted connection and is handled under Google's policies:
Your choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (for example Settings › Google › Ads or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device). Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form when the app first starts, and can change their choice at any time in the app under Profile › Privacy settings.
3. Permissions
- Internet and network state – to load ads.
- Advertising ID and Android ad services – used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described above.
- Wake lock and foreground service – used internally by Google's SDK to finish short background tasks.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or files.
4. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the data processed by Google for advertising as described in section 2, we do not share any data with third parties.
5. Data retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's own retention policies; you can reset your advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will help to remove it.
7. Security
Game data is kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Data sent by the ads SDK is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
